Legacy: something handed down from the past, as from an ancestor.  

A dream that was conceived in 2018 and officially formed in 2022, Legacy Coffee Roasters was born from a passion for good coffee and service to our community.  Continuing a tradition inspired by our Grandmother, our ongoing mission is to, as she so lovingly said herself, “let our service be the Legacy we use to impact others.” 

 And with that, Legacy Coffee roasters was born.  We are a micro lot, specialty coffee roaster, committed to delivering the best coffee flavors through beans sourced from coffee producers in the Chiapas region of Mexico.  Our cooperative association with Mayan Harvest Coffee is a partnership that brings to you some of the best coffee available!
